Shape Up Your Face with STILA

I just LOVE beauty finds specially once that are a bargain!

I just recently came from a Subic trip. Subic, as most of you know, is known for its duty free shops. We were browsing the beauty aisles at the Royal Subic when I came across a small box with STILA sets! I didn't even give it a second thought, I just grabbed a box and put it in my cart! I was expecting it to be about $25, but when the lady punched it, it was only $15.60! I was thrilled! Even more thrilled when my boyfriend paid for it as a gift to me.

The set comes with a contouring trio powder palette, 2 lip pencils, and a blush brush.

The palette has 3 shades for contouring. Not only for the cheeks or the face, but for the eyes as well. 3 contour and highlighting shades that would surely suit any skin shade! Light, dark, and flash. The dark and the light shades are matte, and the flash powder is shimmer. You can use the flash powder in highlighting the browbones or a little bit on your cheekbones for bronzing.

The set also comes with a little instruction pamphlet that you can use as a guide for contouring the eyes, the cheeks, and the nose.

The lip pencils are adorable! It's perfect for just a sheer color for the day or a base for a much stronger color. The brownish-nude color is vanilla, and the orange-y shade is apricot.

It glides on smoothly and it smells like vanilla! This one's for the books!

Usually the free brushes that come with makeup sets are not so good. They are either way to small or are too stiff.

But this one is like a professional brush. I think that this is the same brush they would sell individually in STILA cosmetic counters for professional use.

This set is perfect for women who are very knowledgeable in makeup (or for those who are learning makeup too). It can be for personal use, or for professional use.

NOW YOU HAVE THE TOOLS TO ENHANCE YOUR ASSETS AND SOFTEN OTHERS WITH JUST A FLICK OF THE WRIST!

I posted an entry on contouring and highlighting a few months back, and you can read it HERE.
